Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

February 2026

tunnel pain and numbness, we need to understand WHERE the problems are coming from.

Quick Anatomy Lesson. The nerves in the carpal tunnel region of the wrist start in the neck. These nerves begin in the neck, if the neck is misaligned this could be the cause of your carpal tunnel. Then those same nerves travel down around various neck muscles that can cause a pinch, then the nerves could be pinched by the 1st rib, or running underneath the clavicle, or pectoral muscles, or elbow muscles, and lastly the carpal tunnel region can be pinching the nerves too!

It's important to check ALL of these areas, not JUST THE WRIST. Our thorough approach gets to the root cause of where your wrist, arm pain, or numbness is coming from. That's what we specialize in!
